When you enter the East Bay real estate market, you’re going to receive a preliminary title report before you sell or buy a home.

We always have our sellers run a preliminary report to ensure that there are no problems with the title on the home. We want to ensure that the legal description is correct, that there are no mortgage liens, or any other restrictions that might prohibit a sale.

This is just one way to ensure a smoother and faster home sale. When issues with the title arise, it’s not fun. They take a lot of time and money to resolve, so it’s best to get them out of the way first.
